		<description>We live in a over 55 retirement community.  Raised vegatable gardens are not allowed.  We can plant in our &quot;planting areas&quot;.  Since my husband is in a wheelchair (amputee and good leg now had surgery and not know if that one will have to come off).  Can we legally put up a raised garden so he may use since he is unable to do the other?</description>
